This organization runs 7FERA JODII MEGHWAL VANKAR SAMAJ TRUST FOUNDATION Marriage Help Line (Marriage Bureau) and I register with this organization for finding eligibility for my relative (marriage). For that I am ready to pay whatever fee is there for administrative expenses of the organization. D. T. I am willing to pay the registration fee, meeting charges and any fees after marriage (sagu).
I know it is a long process to follow. So I will not disturb the management of the organization by calling every now and then and will wait for their call. I will not call from the front and I will not make a call. As it is a very long process, I will not force or arrange any kind of management for relatives. I know it may take a year or five years to decide.
Meeting charge: Meeting charge means meeting the boy and girl to meet both the parties at their homes and then answering both. This process incurs costs to the organization. Phone expenses, petrol expenses and time will be charged by the organization.
The organization will take charge of the meeting even if it is decided in the meeting or not. The organization will take charge of each such meeting. I will strictly follow the rules and regulations of the organization. I will never ask for a refund without.
Candidates seeking contact information of others must either pay 1000 Rupees or contact the service provider directly for assistance. The service provider reserves the right to verify requests and may deny access if terms are breached.
REGISTERING
All types of fees paid by me I will never ask for refund and refund of fees.
I will not make a false claim. Because this fee covers the administrative expenses of the organization. This organization tries to bring the society forward and I will also support the organization.
Salvation is not possible without mutual cooperation. Expenses of marriage bureau manager salary, telephone bill, office rent, petrol expenses (to and fro) which is arranged by the marriage (sagu) institution and in the future both parties do not agree and circumstances In case of divorce, the institute will not refund the fees paid.
The registration charge will be sufficient for two years and has to be renewed every 6 Month , 1 year or and 2 years.
This organization will not be responsible for any issues arising before or after marriage. This organization has not given me a guarantee that the kinship will be determined. The organization will ask for compliance.
The above rules are fully studied. We also agree to follow the rules and duties of the organization and those rules are binding on us.
CONDITION
- The requester must accept these terms and conditions before the Marriage Bureau provides the contact number and updating Candidates profile.
- The Marriage Bureau may provide the mobile number of the boy/girl or their relatives.
- Requesters must pay a fee of INR 3,400/- Rs, 7,500/- Rs 15.000/- Rs 35,000/- Rs to the Marriage Bureau to obtain the desired contact number .
- The payment must be confirmed before the contact number is provided.
- Once the contact number and updating candidates profile has been provided, the payment of INR 3,400/- Rs, 7,500/- Rs 15.000/- Rs 35,000/- Rs is non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued if the contact number is unreachable or if the conversation does not occur for any reason.
- No refunds will be issued even if any disputes arise after the contact has been made.
- Any legal disputes arising from the use of this service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Mumbai court our any legal expenses charges able to pay candidates only.
- The boy and girl and him/ her Family’s or and relatives will make their own inquiries; the organization will not be responsible
