To supervise the relationship team and prepare the MIS
- To track the leads and counsel them for membership
- To match the prospects and improve their profile
- To handle the escalations and proceed towards the matchmaking
- To fix the meeting of the prospects and take the feedbacks
- To ensure the smooth and error-free communication between prospects
- To track the follow-ups and calls
- To induct the members and check on renewals
- To prepare the MIS
- To lead the members upto their weddings.
- To attend the weddings of prospects or assign the staff for the same as & when required.
- To train the franchisees and coordinate with them for members’ tracking.
- To get testimonials videos & success stories.
- To get google and other social media platform reviews.
- To plan for offers and plans.
- To improve the experience of matchmaking and work on retentions.
- To bring better success ratio.
- To get daily, weekly & monthly report.
- To improve the efficiency of calls and quantify the service.
- To execute the members delight program & conduct satisfaction survey calls.
- To coordinate for marketing activities.
- To coordinate/execute for SMS/Email & WhatsApp Broadcast.
- Experience : 4-5 years of Experience in customers/members management, Hospitality, preferable from Matrimony background.

Interact with new and existing customer to intimately understand their requirements
- Recommend and explain products/services that suits customers requirements
- Maintain an up-to-date record of all customer profiles, interactions and other activities on the customer relationship management system
- Convert prospective customer into paid customers and directly contribute to revenue growth
- Contribute to company’s growth strategy with improvement ideas including maturing the IT system and business processes
